Csino Terms & Conditions – Member Rights & Responsibilities Complete Guide in Bengali

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Csino (csino.asia) and its members. Csino is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform built for users in Bangladesh.

By using the Csino website or app, opening an account, or accessing any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi members. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account at Csino, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Csino reserves the right to request a national ID or other documents for age verification at any time.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
• Your account is strictly personal – you may not let anyone else use it, and it cannot be sold or transferred.

KYC Verification: Before processing a withdrawal, Csino may require identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a copy of your national ID or passport along with mobile banking verification. The process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Csino currently supports the following mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The list of available payment methods is subject to change in the future.

For Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please allow up to 30 minutes.
• It is safe to make repeated deposits from the same payment method. However, if suspicious activity is detected, your account may be subject to verification.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted — all deposits must be made directly from the account holder's own mobile banking.

For Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. In some cases, verification may be required, which can take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on your account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Csino does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking operator's own transaction charges may apply.

Csino offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: A specified amount of bets must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typically, you are required to wager between 10 and 30 times the bonus amount. See the specific rate on the offer page.
• Bonus Expiry: Most bonus offers must be used within 30 days. Any unused bonus remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or categories. For example, a Sports Betting bonus can only be used in Sports markets.
• Multiple Bonuses: If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, each will be settled separately. Funds cannot be transferred between bonuses.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts – will result in all bonuses being cancelled upon detection.

Csino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. Where possible, advance notice will be given before any changes take effect.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and all other gaming activities on Csino:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Always double-check the odds and stake before placing your bet.
• If a Match Is Abandoned: If a match is abandoned and no official result is declared, the bet will be voided and your stake returned. Partial results – for example, where 50%+ of overs have been played and a DLS method result is applicable – may still be settled.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a server or software error, any bets placed at those odds will be considered void.
• Suspicious Betting: Any attempt to win through match fixing or other dishonest means will result in the cancellation of bets and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Maximum Win Limit: Each betting market has a maximum payout limit, which varies by game or event. If your winnings exceed the limit, only the maximum amount will be paid out.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. Your bet will be settled at the odds displayed at the exact moment you place it.

All Csino members are expected to follow the code of conduct below while using the platform:

• Hacking, scraping, or using any unauthorized automation on any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Using Csino for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive language or behavior toward the support team or other members is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the betting system or software for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Account credentials and login details may not be sold or shared.

Csino reserves the right to suspend an account and forfeit its balance without prior notice if these rules are violated.

In short: Csino does not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely for service operations, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.

• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
• Passwords are stored in hashed form – even Csino staff cannot view your password directly.
• In the event of a data breach or security incident, members will be notified as quickly as possible.

Csino takes responsible gaming seriously. Every member has the right and the tools to manage their own gaming habits. The following tools are available free of charge to all Csino members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to stay in control of your spending.
• Session Timer: Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Loss Limit: Your session will automatically end after you reach a set loss amount.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude from the platform for any period between 1 week and 5 years.

To permanently close your account, email support@csino.asia. The account will be closed within 72 hours of the request, and any remaining real balance will be refunded.
